Cradled x51v keep turning on

I turned off the PDA and put it in the cradle (without the power supply). The charge light comes on. However, after several minutes, the PDA turns on by itself and the charge goes off.

I have applied the "Fake server" fix so the ActiveSync schedule is set to "Manual". ActiveSync is also turned off on the PC so I am not sure what turns the PDA on.

I am trying to charge the PDA on the cradle without the power supply but it is making it impossible. Any help will be much appreciated.

I'd also go into the Memory function on the PDA and click the button to "Stop All" programs running.

I checked the memory and indeed ActiveSync is running and caused the PDA to turn on. I stopped the program but the PDA still turns on by itself after a few minutes. I re-applied the "Fake server" fix but it appears that didn't work.

I believe the "fake server" fix is only for the PDA when it is not cradled. Everytime when it is cradled and connected to the USB, it seems that ActiveSync will automatically runs regardless of the schedule settings.

I think I might have found my problem. It was actually POutlook that turn on the PDA. I have an email account that is set to Send/Receive every 5 minutes. Therefore, every five minutes, regardless of whether it is cradled or not, it will turn it on and run ActiveSync. I have since unchecked the automatic Send/Receive option and the PDA never turns on again by itself when in standby.
