Bgp100 x50v 2003se arrows dont work PLEZ HELP

I tryed everthing and i cant get anything to work on this damn thing, i returned my first one and i just got a new one does the same thing i cant get the arrows to work left and right works but up and down dont work, they will work for a few and if i try and set diff keys it will use button a b c d can some1 help me i really want to use this...
