losing appointments
During a recent active sync, I lost all my appointments older than 2 weeks. This is the second time this has happened even though Activesync is configured to sync all appointments. Anyone know how to prevent this?

Did you try going into the settings (Tools - Options, highlight Calendar then click on Settings) to make sure you have selected "Sync ALL appointments"?
