Removing unwanted WM5 Components

Is there any way to unistall unused components from WM5? Example, I never use windows media player and wanted to know how to get rid of it. As well as pocket productivity pack (Outlook, Work, Presentation, Excel). I use third part subsitutes that do the job a lot better! Also if can explain to me the file structure and why there's so many empty directories that I can't get rid of! (ie dochive, docprof, ConnMgr)

You can't -- they all come with the original image, which can't be removed -- it's protected by the OS.

You could dump the rom, remove it manually somehow...and then flash it back...but I'm skeptical that anyone will be able to do that -- or has time.
