WEP key won't saved.

I need a little help with the following please.
Forum search came up empty.

The problem just started today, both at work and at home.
Everytime I turn on Wi-Fi, I have to uncheck the "key provided auto..." box and enter the key again.
It did not save the check mark I put on the "connect to non-preffered...." box either.
This is not the case for over a year, now it suddenly happen.
I did not install anything new for a while.
Hard Reset is a last resort, even then I'm not sure that will solve it.

Sorry, mate, I dont use WEP with WiFi. Perhaps a file got corrupted.
