Just got my x51v, problems installing activesync

I just got home from vacation and my x51v was waiting for me. I charged the battery for a couple hours and installed activesync on my pc and rebooted. Then connected the dock to the pc and plugged in the Axim (after doing the sync fix), now it's been on the "Installing and Configuring programs and system components" in the Windows Mobile Getting Started disc installation screen for like 20 minutes now. Is it suppose to be taking this long? The Microsoft Activsync Window is up and the green thing is still spinning, and it says connectng in the task bar.

how many programs are you trying to intall from the Dell CD at one time? Its best to install 1 or 2 at a tiime.

I have read that the Dell CD tries to install a bunch of things at once and causes problems.

I think I read that, but I'm not 100% certain.
