Receipt

Hi guys,

I bought my Axim x50V back in September, however I can't find my receipt now. Since my CC (credit card company) covers 1 yr of warranty AFTER dell's warranty, how can i get another receipt? I went online to my Dell login at the website, but the invoice is only there for a month. Just wondering if you guys know anything, before I call them. Since the credit card company requires the invoice before sending it in to them, i dunno what to do. Thanks.

You can request a receipt from Dell for invoices that are offline. Your Dell account should point you in the right direction.

Oh I forgot to mention that i'm from Canada. Tried that site..my info comes up but not my order info :( Oh well, i'll call them tomorrow than. Thanks guys.

All credits do this. Well I know Amex, Mastercard and Visa do it. Check out your card, i have the most basic one for Mastercard.

When you buy something with that credit, the credit card company will cover you up to 1yr extra after the original one expires. The process isn't that complicated but you do have to give a lot of effort to get it fixed.
