X50 only "syncs" as "guest"

I haven't used my X50 in a few months. It's just been sitting in it's cradle away from the computer.

So today, I plug the cradle into my computer, and it seems to think that it's merely a "guest" PDA and... of course... doesn't sync with my contacts in outlook or anything else.

I have tried to plug it into my notebook computer as well, and it also has it as a "guest".

In the past, my X50 sync'd with both of these computers.

I don't see any settings in ActiveSync's software that relate to this problem.

It's version 3.7.1.
My X50 has 2003 2nd edition, 4.2.1.1088 (Build 14260.2.0.5)

Anyone have any suggestions? Hopefully, this is an easy fix!

ActiveSync will not recognize your X50 if there is any change in info related to identification of your pda. Examples are Device I'd & Owner Info. There are case sensitive too.

If it is not too much of a trouble:
1. Backup "YourPPC My Document" folder.
2. Delete it.
3. Delete your partnership.

DO ALL THIS WITH YOUR AXIM UNDOCK.

Sync again.

Actually, I think I can do without the stuff that I have "saved" in the past. The only thing I care about are my outlook contacts.

So then, are you saying that I should delete the "yourPPC My Document" folder that exists on my computer desktop?

Also, where do I find the partnership?

Thanks for the help!
