I have updated all names. I thank everyone who has pledged so far for being so generous and thank the people who are working on this now for their hard work. And to answer the question about why there is a deadline? The reason why this contest exists is because we want the wait for functional bluetooth to END. And I dont know if it's just me, but I don't want it to end in a year, I want it to end NOW (two weeks is close enough :)).

Well just because YOU want it to end now, doesn't necessarily mean that everyone else does.

Let people continue to donate until a solution is found. It's stupid to put a 2 week limit on it because there's a potential for the fund to grow even more beyond your silly 2 week deadline.

The more money in the fund, the more motivated people are going to be to work on it. The longer people can contribute, the more money in the fund......see a trend here?

If you don't have the time to invest to keep track longer then 2 weeks, then let someone else do it.

As I previously said, in the event Dell comes out with a viable solution, donate the funds to Aximsite to put towards give away contests. It's a win-win situation this way.

I'm thinking about purchasing an Axim X51v. What is wrong with the current state of bluetooth on the Axim? I would like to be able to use a bluetooth headset ( for skype or other voip) and bluetooth stereo headphones so I can use it as a media player. If that is going to be a problem then I may have to reconsider. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
