Change font size on vga bottom softkeys

I have installed a great theme from Silverado which seems to use some VGA features . I have asked the designer how to change the softkey font size and preferably make it Bold but no reply yet.
I also bought tweaks 2k2 PPC for some of its other features and to see if that would allow me to increase and bold the font
but so far i am still unable to

Any suggestions please
