I mentioned this once before on how to get a response from Dell. That each person needs to take the time and contact the higher ups in Dell. We just needed to do some research and get a phone number, email address, or anything. Well I did some research today and found a fairly recent article that had Michael Dell's email address. While it is not confirmed to be his correct email address I did send an email myself to the address and have yet to recieve a failure message. It couldn't hurt to try. So if you are fed up with no response I would suggest writing a an email and sending it to the following email address. Please be professional and use tact in your email. The goal is to get a response.

I would even include a link to this website and numerous posts that have been made about Dell's Customer Disservice, the problems, and lack of response. If enough people do this and this is his valid email address then we should get some type of response.
