I found a way to resolve all battery and memory issues! (Not really :))

Ok. I recently started using wisbar advanced. I dont have any memory or battery meters visible at all times. I have to say, my Pocket PC using is now stress FREE! I am not soft resetting because of loss of memory, not charging continuously because battery went down 2%. I just check like 2 times a day to make sure I dont drain. But really, Its like you dont even notice there are memory problems or not a lot of battery life.

I think I should do the same. I'm so stressed right now with all the memory leak caused by iLauncher. I'm going to the SBSH website everyday checking if there is a new update.

I think you might be on to something here

I know exactly what you mean. :) I keep telling myself that I'm not going to soft reset until the memory goes to zero just to see what will happen. After a couple of weeks it's down to 25 meg and I just can't help myself. I'm going to do it this time, I swear!

Atleast yours takes a couple of weeks. Mine takes a couple of days. Once it went down to 6mb. It was so low I couldn't even start game. It told me to do a soft reset.. lol

So that's all that happens? I was wondering if some garbage collection routine would kick in at some point and free up the RAM. PPC software must be really buggy in general.

nope, it is even less harmless than rebooting your PC. Mine goes down to 21 fast, then lingers there FOREVER.
