Contacts - Distribution lists for Outlook on X51

Hi,
This is my 1st pocket pc and I mainly bought it to access email with wifi. I travel a lot and want to be able to send emails to a bunch of people at once. In outlook it seems i have to choose each contact individually and it's very time consuming. I thought I could sync my computer Outlook contacts, groups and all but that doesn't work.

I have gmail, want to email easily more than one person. Can anyone suggest a solution?

You could assign each bunch of people to a particular category (you can have multiple categories per person) and then when you want to send an email, select the category and select everyone in the list by tapping on down. As long as you don't have hundreds of contacts that you want to send to at a single time, you should be okay.
