Automatically turn on bluetooth

I have a X50v and use it with my Moto v551 to connect to the internet. Coming from a Palm Tungsten T5, if there was no internet connection, the Palm would automaticaly enable bluetooth and connect to my phone.

Is there a way to do this on the Axim? Or do I manually have to enable bluetooth and enable my internet connection?

OzBT will enable bluetooth, but you'd have to connect to the phone manually.
