true VGA on wm05?

Hi!
I'd like to know if there is any way to get true VGA on wm05, something like nyditot or dotPocket or SE_VGA. I tried nyditot and it killed my wm05 on my x50v. (It worked on wm2003:realmad:).

It works great on the X50V. Never had a problem. The only thing I don't like is that you have to do a soft reset to invoke a new resolution.

Newest nyditot works for me, once I had to soft reset to get it to work, once I had to "create a new profile list" or whatever the option was.

I also had issues with the icons, as the 96dpi resource pack for nyditot doesn't have the wm5 files in it (or installed the wrong versions for me, whichever it was it was still wrong). It also won't let you use that resolution till the resource pack is installed, so the easy thing to do is install it then overwrite the files it tries to put in with real files.

I don't know if the link is still around here anywhere, but XDA-developers has a link to the WM5 QVGA files and a cab (requires registration, link is about 3/4 down the page) that fixes the file security issues around unsigned files in WM5 so that 96dpi won't hose anything...
