x51v can't install any programs anymore - help

I can't install any programs to my x51v anymore. I have hard reset it multiple times. When i try to install battery pack which used to work it doesn't work anymore. same with mechanic and resco explorer!

it won't let me do it to my cf card or to the internal memory. I purchased britanica encyclopedia as well and that wont fly! :(

I just hard reset the unit again and am hoping it will function correctly this time

After you hard reset, did you restore? Try installing without restoring from backup.
