Any way to reduce tap sensitivity?

When surfing the net and tapping a link, the stylus tip invariably slides a little bit and I wind up selecting text rather than clicking the link. Is there any setting I can adjust to reduce this "sensitivity"? I poked around in the system settings but didn't find anything.
