I don't think it's actually 'starting' flight mode - it simply isn't restarting the wireless. The normal state when the device starts is for both wireless and BT to be inactive. I suppose you could put a shortcut to wirelessonoff.exe into the \windows\startup\ folder which will restart the last wireless you used (WiFi and/or BT).
