selecting multiple items

I cannot seem to select multiple items, eg. contacts. I would like to delete lots of contacts and can only do it one at a time.

Have you tried using Outlook on your PC when you're synced.

Have you tried tapping SHIFT or CTRL first? SHIFT will allow you to select blocks while CTRL will allow you to select individual entries.

If it's a question of duplicate entries then there is software that can remove them at one go. Try Outlook Duplicate Remover. Click on the link in Al Jarvi's post. Sooner Al to the rescue.
