Dell wouldn't be selling you a X51v at $339 if it wasn't for off-shoring. I am not defending Dell's off-shoring but you can't expect great, all-pleasing, 4 hour long feel-good conversations and a great chic anwering your price adjustment call when you are getting a PDA at this low price.

Lucky you, and perhaps I would have been so lucky as well. My situation was different because I originally orderd a non-bundled X51V and wanted to 1.) Buy the bundle which I could not do a price adjustment for becasue they are two different products in Dell's inventory and 2.) I wanted my coupon value refunded/returned so I could use it towords the purchase of the bundled version of the X51v.

Had I originally ordered the bundle on the day before the price drop, a price adjustment would have been a simple situation. The coupon refund really mucked it-up too.

Well, I just got my Dell Survey in my email. Better believe I ripped 'em a new one on support and knowledge of my situation. I know, some of you are going to tell me that I'm in the wrong because YOUR transaction went sooo smoothly...but mine DIDN'T.... and it was the second time in a row within less than 30 days that left me with a headache after the purchase was completed.
Dell needs to fix this problem before they loose their service reputation in the industry.

Do they actually pay any attention to those surveys?

Apperantly so....and this one seems to be a third-pary company conducting the survey. I guess if you click mostly on the "low satisfaction" radio buttons, your survey gets attention???
