X51v n00b questions

Hi, Just received my X51v and am switching from an iPaq hx4700. When I upgraded to WM5 on my iPaq I had to install all my apps to the SD card to avoid severe slowdowns. Is this also necessary on my Axim?

I already knew about the 'fake server' fix and have done that. How about turning off incoming beams? I also had to do that on the iPaq.

So far, though, everything's working fine - I find that the Wifi implementation is MUCH better than on the HP

Leave incoming beams on, turning off will also disable incoming bluetooth transfers (files, contacts, etc). There is no reason to turn them off.

You don't need to install everything to SD card, it should all just work beautifully from the main storage. You've done the important thing which is the "fake server" fix so now you should just sit back and enjoy.
