HOW do I get rid of the stupid "application is not signed" message?

I have a lot of applications for my new Axim X51v, but a fair number of them pop up a screen saying:

"The file '(insertapphere).arm' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file."

However, these are fresh installs of the applications, so I don't know what's going wrong. I tried the security.exe file from the post about making single-apps individually VGA-aware, but it doesn't help :(. Any ideas?

Thats what you get for not buying official Microsoft approved software. You should be paying more. The hardworking programmers at Microshaft are starving.

Sorry, wrong thread. Honestly I don't know.

Try Tweaks2k2, and go under security. There's a option there to set the security prompt off. Not free though if you're not already using Tweaks2k2.

I have tweaks2k2, tried that with the newer updated version but it doesn't work :(... same message. Any other ways to go about this (even a manual registry change)?

There is a file called Cert_SPCS.cab. That might help you.

Tweaks2k2 has a free utility to do that on their site.
