yup whenever I can ,I even do it when I'm on the desktop cuz my browser on there be freezin & slowin down performance. but of course we are going to use our axims to surf otherwise we wouldn't buy one with wifi support
I often open links in e-mails on my x51v that are not mobile sites, as well as doing some occasional personal browsing. Hell, I've even done ebay bidding on my x51v, as well as online shopped. With the opera browser, browsing with wifi is much more pleasent than with pocket IE, but pocket IE in windows mobile 5 is still significantly better than on older windows mobile operating systems.

I do all the time, especially for text based stuff. I have to admit, I do get frustrated how crappy all the browsers for PocketPCs are. Even slow Nokia 770 is miles ahead of my Axim in browsing experience.
I connected via WiFi for the first time last week (found a free hot spot to try out) using my X50v. Loved it!! Checked email, viewed Aximsite, looked at Microsoft mobile web site. Using the Axim was pretty cool, easier than booting up the laptop - now just wish I had wireless access all the time. Will have to go look for more hot spots.

Thanks to PocketBrain for bringing the parrot to life!! :)
I prefer to surf on my home comp or laptop ... but if it's available and I need to go look at something i'll do it without hesitation. I also use the Google optimizer all the time.
