SD-card "disappears"

Often when I restart my x51v the sd-card has disappeard from the filebrowser.

I then need to remove the sd-card and reinsert it again for the pda to recognise it.

Is this a common problem, or just my pda and/or sd-card?

What ROM version are you using on the x51v?

I have romversion A08 (03200600).

Wow, that's strange. I have an x51v with AO6 and I don't have that problem with either my SD or CF cards. What SD card do you have? What file explorer program do you use?

The card is an old palm extensioncard - only 32 mb - ie antique :) Perhaps its got to do with the card then.

I use the file-explorer that was installed by the manufacturer.

Ok, I did the "set activesync to update manually"-trick. That should also take care of the missing sd-card-problem and not just the batteryleaking- and memoryhogging problems, right?
