Good callout on the X51v. I forgot what a rom release feels like for the X50v

The alltell, telus and verizion roms are immune to the patch from what Ive read.

So before I hard reset and install this, will this add HSP and HFP as well or just a2dp?

I don't think so
I have another package (zip file, same contents as the cab file)
there're 3 .dll files, and all are for a2dp, no headset or handsfree files
you may try to find the hsp and hfp files from Tornado, Wizard, and Universal; you may need to do registry and make new cert for these 2 profiles

Unfortunately the H700 does not support A2DP profiles. This was taken directly from the Motorola web site.

Thanks a lot. Works on my X50v WM5 Upgraded and iTech Clip S BT Headset...no skipping and stoppages but some whining/high pitch background noises on some songs...it is still much better than nothing at all! No need to tweak registry and change BT stack......Works on TCPMP too... thank you...at long lasttttt......

I am just trying to pair Jabra 250v - for Skype and music. I know it is not headhphone, but I wanna have it!

Am I wasting my time on that ? Would I be able to pair MONO headset ( I guess it is mono.. on ear only hehe )... and use the mic ?

Sounds like it is not going to work eh ? hehe
thanks,

Nothing, yet.
That is what a lot of us are waiting for.

No one has been able to use the handsfree or headset profile (HSP/HFP) on the X51 (or the X50 with WM5).
