I've got an X50V with the latest (cough choke err..latest ancient) ROM for WM2003.
I use WPA/TKIP PSK successfully with a Buffalo Airstation WBR2-G54 very often and
it usually works fine.
After some examination of the "vanilla WiFi connection settings" I couldn't see
any possible way to make it work with WPA/TKIP PSK mode; I didn't even recall
coming to the conclusion that the "vanilla wifi settings" even SUPPORTED anything
other than "Open System" and "WEP".
So I set up the Odyssey client for WPA-TKIP-PSK, found my SSID in the
list, created a configuration for it selecting WPA-TKIP-PSK, entered my key,
and it works beautifully except for the "extra" memory Odyssey client takes up
I suppose.
