question about x51v

Hi,
I am new here!

I am TOSHIBA E830 user..E830 is a good PDA.But no more THOSIBA support, and it is too hard to get TOSHIBA accessories.

So I consider to buy the X51V ..Good price and spec. is excellent

But I have a point in question.(may be several..)

1.E830 do not support A2DP (Blue tooth High quality stereo profile..) ,Does X51V support the STEREO BT ?(Important for me)

2.If X51V support STEREO BT..how is the SOUND QUALITY??

3.I want to know the RESPONSE SPEED...?

4.I saw a benchmark of X51V..In spite of the fantastic spec.,benchmark result disappointed me..what's the matter with X51V?

:)

As far as I know, benchmarking is irrelevant to the ax, as it has the intel 2700g which the benchmarking can't fully test out. Anyway, that's what I read somewhere.
The MS BT stack is pretty much useless, but the current widcomm hack project by a couple of the aximsite members have restored most of the features. The current version is 0.38. Do a search on that. If A2DP is all you're interested in, Mingkee has found some HTC Tornado cab files that seem to work for the ax. Some headphones work and some doesn't. Some users report a whining sound or helicopter effect and others find that it works well. Check out that thread too to see what headphones are compatible.
Btw, the ax is a pretty awesome pda and nothing beats it for value for money. If you do get it, hit this forum regularly to find the best tweaks and hacks which will eliminate most inherent problems e.g. the Fake Server Trick. This is very active forum and the people here are great!
I've bought 2 x51Vs and have yet to regret it!

At this time the is no official support on the x51v for A2DP. There are several threads that describe ways around this problem. Do a search for Widcomm and A2DP

Don't bother looking at the benchmarks. Get your hand on one and test it for yourself. That's the best way to find out whether you should buy it or not. Maybe there are Aximsite members living near you.
