How do you change your soft-keys?

Hey all!
I was just wondering if anyone can help me change my softkeys on my home screen as its a huge waste considering i have a contacts and calendar buttons on the device it self.

I have had a look through the help files and all the options/prefs but with no joy :(

Any help if much appricated.

Thanks,
Soogs

Just a guess ... but I think it allows you to change your softkeys :approve:

EDIT: Yup... that's what it does. This puts a soft keys applet in your settings page which allows you to choose what programs you want to be launched by the softkeys.

Is it stable? Causes any apps or anything to freeze?

It's stable. The only problem I've seen is that if you use a 3rd-party PIM like Pocket Informant as your default PIM and change the soft keys with this applet, you can no longer use Calendar, Contacts, etc. as soft keys (it will give an error). You have to use PICalendar, PIContacts, etc. instead.

I re-assigned these 2 buttons
Calendar=IE
Contacts=file explorer
