Wifi Companion?

I was wondering if I should buy the Wifi Companion for the X51v. I've been hearing different things like it doesn't work.

Well, first of all. Let me preface my statements by saying that I own Wifi Companion. I don't think your poll question is quite accurate. Whether or not you should buy it...I can't really tell you. However, it works perfectly fine in my x51v. I like it better than the built in wifi because it has a nice graphical interface and very user friendly. It makes it simplier for me to manage my settings and select the info to connect to wifi hot spots.
Is it necessary to have...no. However, I find it very useful and am glad that I do have it.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any specific questions about it, please let me know.
