Need help with Warfare Inc...x50 wm5

For those of you who have Warfare Incorporated you are aware that it is a fun game. I find the multiplayer option awesome for school. Since i hadn't played it since I was on wm2003se on x50(mid) I decide to install it so me and my friend could play. I was using an x50(mid) with WM5. When I tried to connect with multiplayer neither the BT nor WIFI activated automatically as they should have. After trying many times it would not work. Even with manually activating wifi and BT
Is the problem with WM5? I assume it isn't because Handmark Inc(the developer) says it works on the x51 and that is WM5.
If I can't get this to work then its back to wm2003se i go because that would be the last straw. Good bye persistent storage

BTW i am running on wm5 with what seems to be full speed

If you have *any* questions/problems related to *any* multiplayer game, the Definitive Multiplayer PPC Game Roundup will surely contain teh answer - as in this case.

There's a BIG difference between the WM5 x50v and the WM2003SE x50v: the former uses the MS BT stack, while the latter uses the Widcomm one. Warfare is only able to make use of the Widcomm BT stack natively; this is why you can't use native BT connections.

Wi-Fi p2p connections do work, but they consume a hell of battery power and, therefore, are not recommended.

Solution: install the Widcomm BT stack on your WM5 x50v.
