Question Trouble deleting a Wave File

Every time I try to delete this wave file I get an error file sharing message violation. So I am confused. I reallly need this file deleted as it is taking up 190mb of my storage memory. I dont have money for a storage card for a file that I have no idea where it came from. I checked my computer and its not on it so I cant delete it there.

Any suggestions?

Or is there a way to reset my axim and reset it to original factory condition?

Thanks

Mel:)

Just do a soft reset and then try to delete it

If Frenchy's suggestion doesn't work, do a hard reset to reset to factory condition. This is done by holding down the power button while doing a soft reset (stylus tip into the reset hole at the back).

You should note that will erase everything on your Axim and reset it back to how it came from the factory.

Try removing it through the Notes application on your device. Open Notes, Look for the biggest file in there, hold your stylus down on the file and choose delete from the popup menu.

Another thing you may want to do is remapp the audio note taking button to something else. The only way I can think of a large .wav file appearing on your device is from accidentally holding down the notes button for long period of time. Maybe something hit that button while your Ax was in your pocket.

190mb seems awfully large though...
