x50v - Missing Inbox Checkbox

Ok - it's hard to put this in words - but here I go.

My x50v is not syncing my Outlook Mail as it should - my POP accounts work fine.

When I have the device on the cradle - Active Sync Options show Inbox listed, but there is not checkbox next to Inbox to allow me to select that service.

I have deleted the partnership and re-set it up, but still - I can't select Inbox cause there's not checkbox. My partnership is setup to sync with desktop. I'm running ActiveSync 3.8.0, and Outlook 2003 SP1.

This all started after a mysterious hard reset (not power loss - battery was fine - just turned it one day and it was on the screen align screen - blank as a sheet of paper). I used Sprite BAckup to put the device back the way it was a few days before the hard reset, but other than that no major changes.

I need to sync my Inbox with Outlook - I hope someone has a tip.
