x51v activesync

i have a x51v operating system mobile 5.0. i am not able to syncronise. i have tried to uninstall & reinstall activesync 4.0. upgraded to 4.1 but the axim doesnt get detected after installation is completed.the get connected window doesn,t come up. even tried deleting the partnership. firewall is also configured for exceptions what else can be done

I had the same problem when I started. Go to the selective startup, and turn off all programs other than Activesync. it will start working. then start adding them back in one at a time. It took me about 40 hours but i had 4 programs that would cause Activesync to not work.
