Trouble Sending file to X51v from PC

When I try to send a file to axim from my pc, the "B" on my bluetooth icon on my axim turns from white to green, then back to white. The computer says the Axim didn't respond so the file couldn't be sent. Tried restarting both machines, and repairing. I will give more hardware specifics if needed. Any recs?

Had recieve all beams unchecked, that was the problem...
