how to select network
how do you select the strongest wifi signal and
lock it in? if it does it auto
how do you make it manual?

Mine does it automatically, unless the strongest wifi signal denies me access.

You can select any wifi signal through the WLAN utilitys second tab listed as site. just tap of that site and your unit will attempt to connect. To show all sites you may have to do a rescan to show all wifi sites within the range of your unit.
