The x51v only comes with the 624MHz processor.

520 - qvga / BT and WiFi
624 - vga / BT and WiFi

Check the title -- the post is asking about the x51v. The first two you list are x51.

check the response
1. people tend to use the v designation indiscriminately at times
2. the only x51 v model listed on the dell site is 624 mhz
3. i was trying to be helpful, not point out perceived shortcomings

And of course, the screen is a slightly larger on the v.

The processor is 624Mhz and the ROM is 256Mb (51v 520Mhz)-->128MB ROM

There is no such model. X51V is only 624mhz not 520mhz.
