Wish dell would give me a X50(V) for my X51 :( lol
I had an X50(low) and dell replaced it with an X51(low) and now im wishing i would have played it differently and tried for the X50V. Doubt they would have done it, but was worth a try. WM5 is ok, but as things are id rather have the speed, vga and wm2003. Its ok to wish, right?
Maybe I am in the minority, but I am very happy with the x51v vs. the x50v. I think WM5 has a few nice enhancements and the battery usage improvement/never losing data is really valuable to me. I actually feel like the x51v is slightly faster than my x50v was (although I have no idea why this would be so...)

You are right that all programs will run off of 2003, but I haven't found anything that I use that doesn't work on WM5. I also really like the softkey approach as it gives me more opportunity to use my x51v one-handed...
I guess the bottom line for me is that I love both the x50v and x51v and get alot of utility out of both devices, I just wouldn't discourage anyone from getting an x51v since I believe it is a great device.

ya ,and I feel that reading and writing to the ROM is faster than reading and writing to RAM.
