Off the screen buttons, dialogs etc.

Some application and setting dialogs happen to be partially offscreen. E.g. when I open alarms dialog I can not see the time and alarm setting buttons. I have to make screen alignment portrait to see them, but in that case some of the dialogs that don't fit vertically stop showing normally.
The same with some other default applications (not all) -- like Remote Desktop.

Have you encountered the same problem and is there a fix for that?

I had a very similar problem with the latest installation of the Broadcom Bluetooth stack when I entered the shortcut configuration screens. In this case, the 'NEXT' button was missing, but by hitting the down button repeatedly I was able to actuate the controls I needed by the tab sequence. This allowed me to make my way through the dialogs after a few practice runs for each screen.:rolling:

If you find out anything useful on this issue, let me know, please. I am reasonably certain that this is NOT an issue of screen calibration, since the effect is peculiar to some applications but never affects the whole system and all applications. The problelm cannot even be isolated to a single display metric like VGA v. QVGA. Very peculiar business, this problem.
