word mobile and excel mobile

Hi!,


I cant open a word or excel file when i am on the file explorer, every time i click on a word or excel file to open a file it gave me the followinf message ''unable to open the file its not sign with a certificate or one of the component is not find''

I can open the file when word mobile or excel mobile is strarted...


What can i do to open the document directly from the file explorer?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't installed properly. Try reflashing your ROM, aka. updating it, or reinstalling it, but do a hard reset first.
