New version ox the Dell Axim versus Axim X51v

OK, I have an Axim X30h which still serves me well and does what I need it to do, BUT I've had it for almost 2 years now and as these "toys" go (note: This is not meant as flame bait), big daddy is ready for a "new toy".

I am thinking of upgrading, ebaying my X30h and buying a X51v. Seems they can be had for around $300, if purchased at the right time with the help of a coupon or two.

So, my question is, does anybody know if a new version of the Axim is just beyond the horizon, or will the X51v grace us for another 12+ months? I'd hate upgrading right now and then Dell comes out with the next version within a year.

I know, most of the answers will be speculation, but may be someone out there has some juicy news.

as of now dell has nothing to upgrade to except for making a smart phone (pure speculation on my part, nobody really knows whether this will happen or not). the os dell is using is the latest, the cpu is the fastest, it has wifi and bluetooth, all possible mem card slots, etc. we are currently in a time where pda's do everything they were ever meant to do fast and efficiently... even if there was a faster cpu the only difference would be increased battery consumption.
