Disabling 'The battery cover was opened'

Hi all,

I use my X50v primarily for Satnav.

Unfortunately, every time I go over a bump in the road, the PDA moves, the magnetic on the back tugs at the battery cover on the Axim and although the cover doesn't come off or even open, its enough to trigger 'The battery cover was opened' warning and put the machine into sleep mode.

This is VERY annoying.

Any idea how I can disable this feature? I want the machine to remain on even if it detects the battery cover is open..
