Importing Palm Desktop to x50v?

I have all of my contacts, memos, and other things that is still on my Palm Desktop application on my computer. Is there a way to import these things into the PPC?

Any help would be great. :)

If you still have your Palm, you can sync it to Outlook. Nearly all models had a way to do this, either via Palm's homebrewed conduits or a version of Chapura's Pocket Mirror that came bundled on the CD. Also the latest version of the Palm Desktop software has the option to sync to Outlook IIRC. Once you've synched your Palm to Outlook, you can then synch w/your Axim.
