Question RE BT headphone, ROM A12, TCPMP, and Videos

This is my current config:
X51V + ROM A12 + TCPMP + Logitech BT Headphone. I'm using the MS BT stack.

Here are some problems I have:

1) The forward and backward buttons doesn't work while the volume buttons are fine in TCPMP. Solution?

2) When watching videos, the sound seems to lag behind (e.g. when someone is speaking, the mouth moves first and then the speech comes..there is a split second delay but it's noticeable and annoying). Solution?

Please help urgently.

Thanks.

1) Use media player. All functions working perfectly for me with HT820.

2) As far as I'm aware TCPMP (or media player) does not have syncing functions, I could be wrong though. By syncing functions I mean you would usually have a slider bar and you simply move it up or down until the picture is in sync with the sound. Maybe there is another player out there with this functionality, does anyone know?

In TCPMP, to manually adjust A/V sync, go to Options -> Settings -> Advanced; it's a box at the bottom.

The reason the volume buttons work is that they operate the headphones, and the FF/RW/P/P operates the player.

Are you sure it's lagging behind, and not playing slower? My problem is that the audio plays a tiny bit slower than the video, so the lag gets worse and worse over time, until I pause and play again, when it starts over. It's annoying as hell, but there doesn't seem anything I can do about it. Oh, and I have Bluetake iPhono mini.

One more thing about my problems: with the MS stack it doesn't lag, but it stutters. My view is lag is better because then at least I can understand something.

Ok, thanks. I think I have resolved the off sync issue regarding the sound and videos. In TCPMP, set the "Manual A/V offest" under Advanced settings to -225. This seems to match the sound to the video a lot better.

Can someone tell me if there is a way to get the buttons on the Logitech BT Headphone to work with TCPMP?

How were you aboe to get the logitech BY headphones to work? Mine only showed stereo profile and wouldn't put music through the headset, even though they were paired and connected.

In the BT menu, under Devices, hold BT-Headphones and select "Set as Wireless Stereo"

You have to do this every time you want to connect.

Is TCPMP a program that you have to download or is already on the Axim?

You have to download it. It is a video/music player. It is a MUST for anyone who uses their PPC for watching videos.

The (bluetooth) profile needed is AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile). But unfortunately TCPMP is not moving right now. I have asked for this feature for ½ a year now. partly on the CoreCodec board and partly with the programmer himself. Until now it looks like Picard (programmer) is much to busy to look into this right now.
