X51V ROM A12 hangs when there's a meeting reminder

Hi,

I've noticed the following problem, since upgrading to ROM A12.

When I have a meeting reminder, there's a popup screen with the meeting details.

If I hear the reminder sound, I take out my X51V and press "dismiss".

However, if I'm in a meeting, or there's a high ambient noise, I don't always hear the sound.

In these cases, when I take my X51V and try to press "dismiss", the X51V doesn't respond. Only after I do a SR can I actually dismiss the meeting reminder.

It's not a question of screen alignment or a dirty screen, as the popups come always in the same place on the screen, and if I respond quickly, before the X51V turns off (according to the settings in the Power utility) - I encounter no problems at all.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hi, I had the same problem, and I think the problem is about some application conflicts.
I made an hard reset and reinstall only few and sure application and now everythings is ok, so there are some application that makes problem with A12.
It could be Battery pack.

No need to HR.

I found a thread here in Aximsite regarding this issue.

The proposed solution was to use a tool such as MemMaid to check the Notification Queue, delete all blank reminders and check for duplicates.

I did find a couple of blanks (no description) and some duplicates, and cleaned them up.

But the problem persists.

So I'll try to remove some of the newly installed apps, and check the status.

I have some problem witn A12 and x51v....deleting duplicates with Memmaid doesn't work...may be I need to remove all appointments and start again fresh...this is a pain.

i tried all this..still doesn't work
