Blank icons on ILauncher after A12 update...

I have blank icons (SD shortcuts) on ILauncher. I have the latest version of Ilauncher and latest X51v ROM update.
Where is the problem?

you must have custom configured other icons for the meters. Same thing happened to me. I had to copy over the ilauncher theme I was using again and the icons re-appeared

I think your device first loads iLauncher and only later recognizes SD card. Therefore, iLauncher can't read anything off it. SmallMenu, for example, has a special option to wait for a certain amount of time before reading the icons. Look at iLauncher options or contact its developers...

I load both Application icons and meters off the SD card with iLauncher under WM2K3.2 and it works fine. There are a number of options within iLauncher that can be set, particularly under the "Tweaks" option set. Also, if you happen to be running iLauncher as a tab under PocketBreeze (as opposed to running iLauncher as a Today Plug-In in it's own right), there are options under PocketBreeze as well.

If this does not help you, I suggest trying the SBSH support Forums.

I guess this may be another reason to avoid the A12 update and wait for yet another patch from Dell.

I run both and do not have any problems now. I remap the icons (none from Sd card) and soft reset the device.

Where were you programs loaded. If most of your programs were loaded on the device, they will not be there anymore and will have to be reloaded. If they were on your storage card, they still have to be reloaded because your registry does not know where to find them. Sorry if I have mis read your problem.

Hi Awesoft,

My launcher is Omega BattPack, and I find that, directly after a soft reset on A12, the icons relating to apps installed on SD card are blank also. If I reopen Program Bar the icons reappear, and stay until another soft reset. This hadn't occurred with A01, from which I upgraded. This is the only issue I have found with A12.

To repair the blank icons go to "ILauncher Settings" & exit.
Anyway I commented this problem to SBSH support.
