Bluetooth never worked so I am leaving Dell Axim

This is just a quick post to say THANK YOU to all the people at aximsite who helped my get the most from my PDA.

It started out as a great toy and help from people and admins here made it into a business tool but the fact that A12 has now come out with still no BT fix has finally been the nail in the coffin.

Goodbye sweet Ax, farewell we had some good times but alas no more

Nathan

btw, I think bluetooth works just fine.

BT works fine on mine but it depends on what you are trying to connect the device to. Here is an interesting link for you.

Instead of saying your bluetooth doesn't work, could you explain what you are trying to do with it. The BT stack works ok for most things (like keyboard, phone, GPS, etc.). I installed the Widcomm Bluetooth stack, and now I have everything (keyboard, phone, GSP, headset, high quality audio headphones, etc.). I love my Ax!!!

Leaving the collective? Give the widcomm bluetooth stack a try to see if it solves your bluetooth problems before ditching the Axim.

Thanks to the people in Aximsite, on the first day I never even had the chance to try BT stack by Microcrap.
WIDCOMM all the way!

^^^
I second that. Third even. Beemer and Mikelspikel are the best for porting Widcomm to the X51.
