Question Considering downgrading my x51v to WM2003 Plz help!

Im tired of not being able to play quake 3 or everquest, & all the BT bugs in WM5. im considering the WM2003 on aximsite, but ive got 2questions:

1. please look at MyPDA. do these programs run on WM2003?
2. what features will i gain/lose with the switch?

thanks in advance

One big feature that will really be a factor is persistent storage. The X51V doesn't have an internal battery. That means a hard reset everytime your battery level goes to zero or hard reset everytime you change batteries.

One of my computers (Pentium II 466mhz) is running XP pro. Not too fast though , but hey, it works.

After doing ROM A12 upgrade my X51V is very fast in all functions. In addition the X51V is not made for any OS other than WM5. Don't take my word on this call Dell and ask them.

Lol, the Dell techies are a lot more clueless than this site's average new member.

Anyway, you can't downgrade, it's not possible, not theoretically, not practically. And there's no point. Upgrade instead, and throw away all your old programs.
