I talked to Dell support and they are upgradeing me to a X51v... If you are under warranty they will upgrade you. Yes WM5 sucked on my X50v, but im glad Dell is good about a step-up.

Dell support held a lot of us off with their lies and bullshit about an upcoming upgrade. A number of us lost our warranties that way. Now they refuse to upgrade us.

Dell deserves a big fat class action lawsuit for its idiocy and fraudulent advertising.

I am quite pleased with WM2K3.2 on my X50V and quite disgusted with Dell for keeping my $50 for an essentially non-functional upgrade; Dell should have returned my $50 already.

You are only a consumer-unit, measurable and valued only for your monetary-unit-outlays.

Vote with your monetary-units.

Dell currently sits at negative fifty monetary-units in this consumer-unit's accounting. Which means that any future possible Dell product must be less than the competition's product by fifty monetary-units to be even competitive.

And for this consumer-unit, this monetary-unit allocation decision is not limited to PDAs, it includes the entire Dell product line.
