I'm on A12 too. The only difference may be I had at one time installed .Net Compact Framework 2.0 for another program. I'll try again tonight or as the last option, hard-reset and try again with a clean slate. Cross my fingers.

IT WORKED!!! Tigerbrain --thanks for sharing this with everyone.
STEPS that were successful --
1. Got the correct files from the link that had 19 files, not from OzVGA site.
2. Copied files over using Resco File Explorer.
3. Copied OzVGA executable to PDA main memory.
4. Ran the .cab file included in the VGARes.zip file mentioned above.
5. Launched Ozvga.exe > Reverted back to QVGA or SeVGA.
Presto! It worked! I can see my Contacts using Microsoft Voice Command. This should be a sticky for WM5 tweak like the Fake Server trick!! Thanks again Tigerbrain.
