x51v language change problems

I tried to change the language from Italian to English. A04
It won't work. It tried the same way as was instructed on the forum.
Any ideas?

P.S. What do I choose after a hard reset, when it asks either to "restore factory settings" or "cancel operation"?

It worked, changed my German X51v to English X51v.
